Preparation and Packaging

IDA PING is an independent design studio located in Berlin, Germany. All pieces are made on order to prevent overproduction, so please allow us up to 5-7 business days to prepare your purchase prior to shipping.

To conserve recourses we pack our jewelry in a small linen bag and wrap it securely in old Newspaper.

To cancel or change the details for an order, please notify us within 24 hours after placing your order at 


Domestic Shipping

Germany orders are shipped via Deutsche Post or DPD. Estimated transit time is 2-5 working days. The domestic shipping fee is 4 Euros. For orders over 75 Euros we offer complimentary shipping service.


Europe Shipping

Europe Country orders are shipped via Deutsche Post, DHL or DPD. Estimated transit time is 4-7 working days. The European shipping fee is

7 Euros. For orders over 120 Euros we offer complimentary shipping service.




We ship worldwide to selected countries. Please do not use P.O boxes as shipping address.

All international orders are shipped via DHL. The estimated transit time is within 10-15 business days. The international shipping fee is 15 Euros. For orders over 150 Euros we offer complimentary DHL shipping services. For faster delivery, DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE delivers within 5 business days. Please contact us for quotation.


Liabilities and Customs

We assure that your order will be packaged with the utmost care. However, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages that may occur during transit. Also, international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by certain countries. It's the customer's responsibility to pay all customs, duties and fees.


Refunds and Exchanges




IDA PING jewelry are individually handmade, and therefore there will always be variations between pieces. Especially natural elements such as stones, shell and wood may slightly differ in their appearance than the ones on the product pictures. We embrace the perfect imperfections of natural materials. If you are still unsatisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.


Please note, that sales items are non-refundable.


 Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you.

Please notify us via email at and include your name and invoice number with your return. Items need to be received and assessed by us to ensure they are in the original condition before refund can be issued. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded or reimbursed on return items.

Jewelry Care


Shell and stones are like glass, if they fall they might break. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they are handled with care.


Our pieces are made by hand using hand cut/ textured brass. Slight inconsistencies, imperfections and the natural beauty of brass are what make our pieces unique.

We treat the brass with Renaissance Micro - Crystalline wax polish to prevent tarnishing.

Nevertheless Brass will patina with age. To take the best care of your jewelry, do not place it in a closed and humid area and leave it outside of any jewelry boxes. 

Additionally, you may clean your piece periodically with baking soda and lemon juice and a polish cloth if needed.


Please avoid applying lotions or sprays prior to putting on your piece, as it can discolor the metal.
