Area of application
For all deliveries from IDA PING to consumers, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall apply.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of revocation pursuant to Section 4.1, you shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment.

Please note, that sales items, single pieces or customized items are non-refundable.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you.
Please notify us via email at idapingberlin@gmail.com and include your name and invoice number with your return. Items need to be received and assessed by us to ensure they are in the original condition before refund can be issued. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded or reimbursed on return items.
We do not accept returns on international orders, as we can not reimburse international return shipping costs. If you have experienced issues with the items you have received, please contact us via email at idapingberlin@gmail.com.
Consequences of the Return
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case we won't charge you any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Germany orders are shipped via Deutsche Post or DHL. Estimated transit time is 2-5 working days. The domestic shipping fee is 4 Euros. For orders over 75 Euros we offer complimentary shipping service.
Europe Country orders are shipped via Deutsche Post, DHL or DPD. Estimated transit time is 4-7 working days. The European shipping fee is 8 Euros. For orders over 120 Euros we offer complimentary shipping service.
We ship worldwide to selected countries. Please do not use P.O boxes as shipping address.
All international orders are shipped via DHL. The estimated transit time is within 10-15 business days. The international shipping fee is 15 Euros. For orders over 150 Euros we offer complimentary DHL shipping services.

The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. We are prepared to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board for the resolution of disputes with consumers or are obliged to do so in accordance with XXX (specify the legal norm or contractual agreement). The competent consumer arbitration board is: Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de. In order to settle the aforementioned disputes, we will participate in a dispute resolution procedure before this body.
